The road to success!
Hands On
Hands On
Welcome to Hands on Learning Solutions, a diagnostic learning center, where parents find
hope and children succeed. More than just tutoring, we identify the underlying causes of
learning difficulties and help eliminate the symptoms.
It is estimated that up to 10 percent of the student population have learning disabilities. Many go
unidentified as having a learning challenge and often go through school feeling frustrated and
discouraged.

As a parent of a struggling student you are not alone.
|
If you have a child with learning challenges you know the frustrations.
|
Successful students have a set of tools they bring with them to the classroom, such as attention,
focus, memory, and hand-eye coordination. Struggling students are missing some of these tools, or
have not fully developed them enough to be successful in the classroom. Through blending sound
intervention strategies, we address the weak underlying causes of your child’s learning challenges to
start them on the road to success.
There are many options for helping your child. You have heard doctors and teachers recommend
interventions, friends and neighbors may have given you advice, you have read books and searched
the internet for answers and you are not sure where to turn. You may have already sought out help
from specialists but have been disappointed with the results, believing your child would have
improved much more than they did. Tutoring may have helped for the time being, but you find your
child back in the same place a year later, needing more help.
At Hands On Learning Solutions, we look at the total child.
