At HOLS, we work with struggling students because our desire is to help others. We know from
personal experience what it is like to have a child who is struggling in school, and what happens to
kids who are never identified or never get the right type of help.
Sometimes a parent is unable to get the answers they are looking for. Hiring an educational
professional to asses a student’s strengths and weaknesses can help uncover the root causes of the
learning challenge. The professional can help develop an individualized program that will help
remediate the symptoms and bring about success. That is why we are here.

The cost for an initial assessment is $300. The assessment cost consists of the time spent testing your
child, scoring and interpretation, report writing, and two-hour consultation time to review results
and discuss program recommendations.
Many educational challenges and learning disabilities are not considered medical issues, so testing is
not covered by medical insurance.

We require that payment be made at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
