We use a variety of assessments, both standardized and non-standardized, to
identify and measure various aspects of a student’s learning abilities.
We begin with an intake of important information about the client. To
establish a good starting point for understanding our client’s needs we have a
Neuro Developmental Delay checklist, a Listening Skills Questionnaire, and a
Learning Behavior Rating Scale, which are completed by parents and teachers.

Each assessment is customized to fit the needs of the client and may take up to two hours to
complete. Our diagnostic tests are designed to see how the brain receives, processes, stores and
retrieves information. Areas evaluated may include memory, processing speed, auditory & visual
memory, visual processing, dyslexia, phonetic awareness, visualization, comprehension, logic &
reasoning, reading, writing, and math.
